Electric Flange Ball Valve Product Overview
The Q941 electric flange ball valve produced by our company requires only a 90° rotation to fully close or open. The valve body passage and connecting pipe diameter are equal and form a straight diameter, allowing the medium to flow through almost without loss. The electric flange ball valve is suitable for on-off and regulating applications. It is divided into two main categories based on application: electric O-type shut-off ball valves and electric regulating ball valves. According to structural design, they can be classified into: electric soft-seal ball valves and electric hard-seal ball valves. Soft-seal ball valves are mainly suitable for media with temperatures below 250 degrees Celsius. Hard-seal ball valves are primarily used for media above 250 degrees Celsius. The electric flange ball valve features excellent sealing performance, high flow capacity, easy installation and maintenance, low flow resistance, and reliable sealing, even for shut-off. It is compact, lightweight, offers high thrust, strong functionality, has a built-in servo amplifier, is easy to operate, and highly reliable. The ball valve and actuator are directly connected with a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for an external servo amplifier. Operation can be controlled with a 4-20mA input/output signal and 220VAC power supply. The electric flange ball valve offers advantages such as simple wiring, compact structure, and stable and reliable operation. Its closing element is a partially spherical body with a hole; the ball rotates with the stem to open or close the valve. Electric Flange Ball Valve Product Features
(1) Low fluid resistance; ball valves have the smallest fluid resistance among valve types, and even reduced-bore ball valves have relatively low fluid resistance.
(2) The thrust bearing reduces the stem friction torque, enabling long-term balanced and flexible operation of the stem.
(3) Excellent seat sealing performance; sealing rings made of materials like PTFE facilitate easy sealing, and the valve's sealing capacity increases with rising medium pressure.
(4) Reliable stem sealing; since the stem only rotates and does not move up and down, the stem packing seal is less prone to damage, and sealing capacity increases with medium pressure.
(5) Due to the good self-lubricating properties of materials like PTFE, friction loss with the ball is low, contributing to a long service life of the ball valve.
(6) The bottom-mounted stem and stem head step prevent stem blow-out. In case of fire damaging the stem seal, the step can also form metal contact with the valve body, ensuring stem sealing.
